Obituary

Angeles lived passionately, always on a mission to reach her goals, embodying perseverance and optimism in the face of every challenge.

With hearts heavy and spirits filled with cherished memories, we remember the beautiful life of Angeles Hernandez Del Rosario, who departed this world much too soon on August 2, 2026, in Lodi, California. Born on November 26, 2000, Angeles leaves behind a legacy etched in creativity, resilience, and love—gifts treasured by all who knew her.

Angeles was the beloved daughter of Josefina Del Rosario Martinez and Mario Vasquez, and a dear sister to Anali Vasquez. Her family was her foundation and her pride, the center from which she drew inspiration and confidence to be unapologetically herself. The gentle bonds of family ran deep in Angeles’ heart, and she wove those ties with warmth, laughter, and unwavering support.

Education was important to Angeles, and she worked diligently to earn her High School Diploma at YouthBuild Charter School. Her time there was not just one of academics but one of personal growth, where teachers and friends alike came to know her as someone who approached each day with purpose. Angeles lived passionately, always on a mission to reach her goals, embodying perseverance and optimism in the face of every challenge.

Beyond her achievements in education, Angeles was a true artist at heart. She immersed herself in the world of art, painting vibrant dreams onto every canvas. Her creativity did not end there; Angeles delighted in designing her own clothes, each piece a unique reflection of her special style. Her fashion sense stood out not for its boldness alone but for the confidence and individuality woven into every stitch and brushstroke. In all her artistic pursuits, she invited others to see the world through her eyes—a place colored by imagination, depth, and joy.

Family, art, and a steadfast resolve to chase her goals—these are the legacies that Angeles leaves with those who admired and loved her. She inspired those around her to move forward, to strive, and to live authentically. Her absence is deeply felt, but her spirit endures in every masterpiece she created and in every cherished memory.

Friends and loved ones are invited to honor Angeles at a visitation to be held at Valley of Peace Chapel, 44913 10th Street W, Lancaster, CA 93534, on August 21, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A graveside service will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial, 2200 E Avenue S, Palmdale, CA 93550, on August 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

As we gather to remember Angeles Hernandez Del Rosario, we celebrate her indomitable spirit and the radiant legacy she leaves in our hearts. May her memory continue to inspire us, just as she did in her too-brief but deeply meaningful time among us.
